Office Manager
Status: Full-time Reports to: Executive Director
FLSA Classification: Exempt Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Position Summary
This position will support all departments of HFHA as part of the core management team. The main functions are to provide essential day-to-day administrative operations, stakeholder relations, and record-keeping, plus support for homeowner services, human resources, compliance, reporting and board activities.
Key Responsibilities
Office management, including workflow, supplies, calendar control and deadlines, mail processing, bank deposits, record-keeping, and office supplies.
Provide high-level point of contact and customer service for HFHA homeowners, volunteers, contractors, and key stakeholders. Answer phone calls, respond to email inquiries, route questions to appropriate staff.
Schedule and send out invites for department-related meetings – events, site visits,
committees, and other program-specific activities.
Create, organize, and maintain paper and electronic administrative records and files.
Maintain human resources records, staff on-boarding and exits
Prepare materials for board meetings and maintain corporate records.
Support fund-raising, compliance, public information and marketing efforts with accurate data and reports.
Document participant services in the electronic database, complete case file audits, and provide general administrative support for program data entry and reporting.
Serve on core management group to foster teamwork and resolve mutual problems.

attention to detail.
Maintain a high degree of sensitivity regarding confidential information.
Capacity and willingness to take on other administrative duties across departments
as required to support our small team to success.
Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience working in office management, administrative or related work
Continued employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of state and federal background checks
Primarily works in an office setting, with extended periods of time at a desk and on a
computer
